Everywhere you turn these days, there’s a funky new eatery, venue, or cafe opening up in Galway City. The latest ‘tribes’ hot-spot is Studio ― a Gastro-lounge and Cocktail Kitchen with a difference ― centrally located on the famous Eglinton Street.
Studio was born from the culture of welcoming and enjoyment for which the West of Ireland is famous. Sounds like a cool little spot, right?
Reminiscent of something you’d find in Manhattan, Studio hosts a high-energy, electric atmosphere, great grub, some fine ass drinks, and of course, banging tunes. Yes, by day it’s a restaurant, and when the lights go down, it’s a pumping music venue.
Studio officially launches tomorrow night and they’ve got quite a night lined up. Kicking off at 6.30 pm, revelers will be treated to complimentary cocktails, beautiful beers, studio grub, and the finest in live entertainment courtesy of: Goodlife, Ryan Griffin, John Illis, and Simon Price.
