NPR’s Tiny Desk Series continued yesterday with Ireland’s latest cross-continental hit-maker, SOAK.
These intimate videos are recorded live at the desk of All Songs Considered host, Bob Boilen. In the past, we’ve seen knock-out performances from the likes of Banks, Sylvan Esso, and Hozier; this time it was Bridie Monds-Watson’s chance to impress – which she did in spades.
The nineteen-year-old northern lass also gave a cracking performance of BA Nobody on Friday night’s Imelda May Show, on RTE ONE.
Her debut album, ‘Before we Forgot how to Dream’ is out now.
