Miranda Lambert has been forced to cancel the final three dates of her Keeper of the Flame Tour, which was supposed to wrap in her home state of Texas this weekend (September 15th – 17th).

According to a Live Nation press release, Lambert has been placed on immediate vocal rest, although no other details pertaining to her condition were included. The three Texas shows were scheduled for Corpus Christi, Austin and San Antonio, and at the time of this writing none have been rescheduled.

Lambert has yet to make a statement via social media or otherwise, but her official website does confirm that all three shows have been canceled. Brothers Osborne and Kip Moore were set to open the concerts, as they have been all summer.

Artists requiring vocal rest is not necessarily cause for concern, as it’s often a precautionary measure. In 2016 alone, big-voiced singers including Kelly Clarkson and Chris Stapleton were also ordered by doctors to take a break, and in 2015 Lambert herself was forced to cancel a show in Calgary due to a vocal cord inflammation.

Refunds for ticket sales to the canceled shows can be made at the point of purchase, with online or over-the-phone sales refunding automatically.

Lambert was recently presented with the Academy of Country Music’s inaugural Merle Haggard Spirit Award, and her new single, “Vice,” is the first taste of a new album due out later this year. Watch the video for “Vice” here.
