Bow St. Sessions, presented by Jameson and supported by Hot Press, is a unique series of live performances, celebrating unexpected and original collaborations within Irish music. Some of the country’s biggest names will join forces to deliver one-off performances in the iconic and intimate surroundings of the Old Jameson Distillery in Smithfield. The highly-anticipated third event takes place on Thursday, February 4th, featuring live collaborations with Maverick Sabre, Otherkin and Dublin Gospel Choir. Now that’s some line-up!

The gig will be Sabre’s first Irish gig of 2016, following a nationwide UK tour. The Wexford/London singer, songwriter and rapper is back after a three year hiatus from the music scene and will play songs from his second studio album Innerstanding, along with hits from his platinum selling debut album, Lonely Are The Brave. Maverick will be joined by grunge-rock band Otherkin and the Dublin Gospel Choir for an exclusive live collaborative show.

“We’re really looking forward to the third instalment of Bow Street Sessions”, said Hot Press editor Niall Stokes. “The opening night was a fantastic celebration of the idea of creative collaboration, with Hermitage Green and Trinity Ensemble really turning on the style, for a packed house in the original home of Jameson. There was also the small detail of a stunning, surprise guest appearance by the wonderful Gavin James, who is set to become Ireland’s latest global music sensation. The second Bow St Sessions saw HamsandwicH, R.S.A.G.and Amaron collaborates live on stage for what was one of my highlights of 2015, I can’t wait to see what Maverick Sabre and Otherkin have in store for the audience, knowing both acts, I can confidently say that it is going to a truly unique occasion.”
