Well, you know Santa is on his way when the biggest ad of the year is broadcast; the John Lewis Christmas ad that is.

Following 2014’s very cute penguin ad, the retailer has featured the big man in the sky this time around, #ManOnTheMoon, together with the breathy vocals of 19-year-old Norwegian songbird Aurora.

The singer is giving her best rendition of the Oasis classic Half The World Away.

It was thought that the ad would feature Adele belting out Peter Andre’s cheese tune Mysterious Girl; we’re happy it’s Aurora instead!
