April 15th is gearing up to be an exciting day for alternative-folk outfit The Young Folk, as the lads are will release their much-anticipated, brand-new record, First Sign of Morning.

Fresh from a sold out tour of Holland, the Dublin-based quintet are back and ready to rock their way across the Emerald Isle, in support of their latest musical offering. Kicking things off TYF will stop off at famed Galway spot Roisin Dubh (May 7th), before jetting across to the Capital’s Button Factory (14th), and finally, racing down to the Rebel County for a gig in Coughlan’s (27th).

If that doesn’t whet your appetite for some lovely Irish jams, a video for the album’s lead track, Home is available to stream, now.

If you’ve been living under the solemn solitude of a rock and haven’t heard the boys yet, we implore you: have a listen; you won’t be disappointed! We’re big fans here at Nitelife Magazine, and are waiting with patient, bated breath for the lads’ mini-tour.
