First recognized by The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences with a Record of the Year Grammy nomination for his mega-hit Mandy in 1976, Barry Manilow is celebrating his 15th Grammy nomination for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for his 2015 release, My Dream Duets.  The pop legend has been nominated for an award in each of the past five decades.

In addition to his 15 personal nominations, Manilow has produced Grammy nominated albums for legendary performers Bette Midler, Dionne Warwick, Nancy Wilson and Sarah Vaughn.

My Dream Duets features collaborations with iconic artists such as Whitney Houston, John Denver, Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Louis Armstrong and more.

Manilow’s joy standing shoulder-to-shoulder next to these musical giants is evident on each track.

“The songs have all new arrangements and sound as if they were recorded yesterday,” said Manilow.  “The album is a miracle. It’s been a huge undertaking, musically and technically,” he added.  “I am so deeply honoured the Academy recognized the effort that went into making this album.”

This week, the singer begins his sold-out successful series of five special concerts benefitting 30 special charities called, Barry Manilow’s Gift of Love III. In January Manilow will re-launch his multiple-city ONE LAST TIME! Tour beginning in Pensacola, FL on January 28th, and travel to New Orleans, Bossier City, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft.
