Did you ever wonder what an album would sounds like when fully recorded on a train travelling across America? Well, look no further.  They say music soaks up the atmosphere where it is recorded, and if that is the case, then this new album is truly a buffet for the ears. A full buffet, with grapes, salted ham, and lots of delicious snacks for afters.

Billy Bragg and Joe Henry will be releasing their new album:  ‘Shine a Light: Field recordings from the great American railroad’ on 23rd September 2016 on Cooking Vinyl.

The album focuses on, ‘the transformative part that the railroad played in disseminating the songs that gave birth to the rock’n’roll era.’
