Absolut are returning to Body and Soul this June, bringing an assortment of exciting acts to their stage in Ballinlough Estate. ‘Midsummer Nights by Absolut’ will be graced by the one-of-a-kind performance collective Lucent Dossier, archaic entertainers from Los Angeles who will bring a unique cocktail of musicians, acrobats, dancers of various kinds, a bearded lady, and many more circus style acts. They will be complemented this year by Irish aerial group Loosey Smokes.

A whole host of celebrated DJ’s and electronic artists from Ireland’s club scene will also take to the Absolut stage, beautifully designed this year in midsummer style by Burning Man’s Shrine. The sounds coming from that ribbon adorned platform will be that much bigger and more immersive, thanks to the musical vision of Arveene.

Irish-Canadian electronic duo Deadbots will take to the stage, along with Belfast born DJ Timmy Stewart. A selection of renowned DJ’s from the Dublin club scene will also be appearing, including: DJ Deece, well known for getting the party going at the Workman’s club, Greedy Pig DJs and Billy Scurry. Rory Phillips, all the way from London, will be demonstrating what made clubs such as T.R.A.S.H and DURRR so internationally recognised. And the legendary house duo from Cork, Fish Go Deep, will also be making an appearance. The revelry will be brought to a close on Sunday with Waterford duo Get Down Edits, long-standing DJs known for their love of everything funk, disco and soul.

Also joining the line-up is a whole gang of exciting Irish talent including: Lumo DJs, Kelly-Anne Byrne, R.S.A.G Live, Mother DJs, Claire Beck, Johnny Moy, Donal Dineen, The Dirty Dubsters, Modern Magic, Baz Hickey, Aoife O’Neil, Tiny Choons, Cyril Briscoe, CiCi Cavanagh, Eddie Kay, The Painted Lady, Stevie G, Colm K, Marquis D’alton, Mix & Fairbanks, Ciara Brady, Rob Le Nan, Colin Perkins, Colin Devine, Just Damien and Soul Friends DJ Set.

Along with all the musical talent, ‘Midsummer Nights by Absolut’ will entertain some of Ireland’s best mixologists to create some tasty cocktails. Absolut won’t be neglecting the vittles either, with the Absolut Brunch on Saturday and Sunday to round off the solstice celebrations.
