At just 14-years-old, Birdy flew onto the scene with a cover of Bon Iver’s hit Skinny Love, leading her to huge success with songs for The Fault In Our Stars and The Hunger Games soundtracks.

Now, she’s back with the title track from her brand-new record, Beautiful Lies, set to drop on March 25th. The album is set to include 14 tracks, with an extra four on the deluxe edition; the lead single, Keeping Your Head Up, debuted on January 1st.

With magical, haunting lyrics like, “I’ve tried to be open, but I’ve found it’s hard when you’re broken,” the entire song captures your attention.

Talking to Teen Vogue, she dished, “The song is important to me because it is the most intimate moment on this album. This song is about a special time in your life that you wish could last forever. It’s about not accepting change, and knowing it has to happen but pretending it won’t.”
