Headliners for the Groove 2016 Hop House 13 Stage include; David Kitt and The Young Folk, along with new acts TooFools, Zaska & Sample Answer.

On April 11th, Groove Festival announced the launch of the Hop House 13 Stage. David Kitt will headline the Turning Pirate on Saturday July 2nd on the stage, while The Young Folk will showcase their talent at Killruddery House in Wicklow on Sunday 3rd.

Loyal to the Irish music scene, David Kitt has released six albums in the last twenty years, with his most recent being ‘The Nightsaver’.

Debuting at Groove in 2014, The Young Folk are back to headline the new stage. Their second album, ‘First Sign of Morning’, will be released on April 15th. They have been making their mark in The Netherlands along with playing at Eurosonic earlier this year.

The lineup for the Hop Stage 13 is as follows:

July 2nd – David Kitt, TooFools, Sample Answer, Planet Parade, Swords, and The Mockler Sisters.

July 3rd – The Young Folk, Zaska, Gangsters, BARQ, and Anderson.
